Colors Café at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol is organizing its annual “Chocolate Week” for the 10th consecutive year. This year, the week will take place from November 14 to 23 and will showcase a unique collection of chocolate creations, promising to take visitors on a journey of chocolate indulgence.
“Chocolate lovers will have the opportunity to sample harmonious combinations and innovative chocolate temptations prepared by the Colors Café Pastry Chef and his team especially for Chocolate Week. Chocolate Week is approaching, so get ready for this delightful journey,” organisers said in a press release.
The chocolate used to make this year’s Chocolate Week culinary creations is Boa Sentenca – an exclusive mix of chocolate produced in Brazil. Boa Sentenca is made exclusively for the Chocolate Ambassadors Club, of which the Four Seasons Hotel is a proud member. The Chocolate Ambassadors’ Club gathers renowned Pastry Chefs, Chocolatiers and Chefs de cuisine, to transfer its chocolate know-how and techniques to other craftsmen all over the world. “Boa Sentenca has strong flavours of cacao and indulgent aromatic hints of citrus fruit, creating an irresistible attraction and will certainly satisfy even the most demanding palates,” organizers promise.
Boa Sentenca is an extremely rare variety of chocolate and its production is limited. The Four Seasons is the only hotel in Cyprus that produces sweets using this exclusive ingredient.
At this years Chocolate Week the theme is Herb & Chocolate infusions.
I will be, of course, attending this delicious event tonight & you can expect a sweet little post on it as well. 😀
